You may cancel your Social Media Black Book subscription at any time. Subscription fees are nonrefundable and are not pro-rated. You can request a cancellation by contacting us via phone (1-877-359-3399), email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or the chat widget on our website. Please provide your full name, email address, and the subscription you are wishing to cancel. Cancellation requests will be processed within 48 business hours of receipt.
Many subscription services require a 6 or 12-month term contract and can only be canceled per the terms of your contract. The client may terminate the subscription in writing giving Hyperchat Social no less than 10 business days' notice of the termination. Services will continue to be provided until such time as the existing service subscription has been provided in full to the client (i.e. Until the end of the term). The right to terminate services only comes into effect once the minimum term has been completed.
All design fees and set up fees are non-refundable
You have thirty (30) calendar days from your order date to request a refund on The Social Media Black Book.
All materials can be seen online instantly once you successfully complete your order.
To request a refund, please send an email to email@example.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your complete name, address, contact information, the date you placed your order, and the reason you are requesting a refund. Failure to include any of the required information may cause your refund request to be delayed.
In order to receive a full refund, you must return the original materials sent to you in like-new condition. Once we receive your returned items intact and in like-new condition, within 48 business hours we will process your refund to the original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

- Mobile Marketing Solution
- Consulting fees
- Social Media Content fees
- LinkedIn Lead Generation fees
- Advertising Campaign Management fees
- Spent Advertising Budget
- Social Media Automation subscription fees
- Content licensing fees
- Design fees
- Set Up fees
- Content Writing Fees such as blogs, newsletters, nurture campaigns, etc
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
