The Opportunity

You might have heard about social media. It's a pretty big deal. Hyperchat Social is a multifaceted start-up social media company. We help teach companies how to use social media to grow their businesses using our Social Media Black Book™, we create custom content and manage social media accounts using our Social Media Automation, and we have a cutting-edge one-way texting tool, The Mobile Business Card. Just like social media, we're growing incredibly fast. We're changing companies for the better, but there are thousands of people who we still haven't yet reached.

The Problem

Over the past 12 months, over 1,000 people have gone through our Social Media Black Book™ course and we've launched our highly successful Social Media Automation program! Doesn't sound like much of a problem, does it? The problem is, we need someone super skilled with social media marketing so we can continue to grow and offer more value to our customers. To do this without overloading everyone here today, we just need more great people to join our team.

The Team

It could be biased, but we've built a very special team at Hyperchat Social. Available Positions

A day in the life of a Digital Media Intern might look something like this:

  • Writing blogs for the company website
  • Create engaging social media content
  • Reviewing and sending in HARO submissions
  • Researching social media trends
  • Providing in depth social media analytics for company and our clients
  • Sending client recaps via email
  • Assist with paid social campaigns
  • Promote company podcast across all social channels

A day in the life of a Digital Media Apprentice might look something like this:

  • Creating social media marketing strategies for clients
  • Writing social media posts & blogs
  • Managing up to 40 client accounts per week
  • Running Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Ad campaigns
  • Maintaining detailed client notes
  • Reviewing analytics and making suggested improvements
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Running Service Review sessions with clients
  • Providing support to clients via phone, email and live support chat

  • Weekly participation in team strategy meetings

  • Lead weekly team meetings to review strategy and goals for clients
  • Reviewing analytics and making suggested improvements
  • Running Service Review sessions with clients

  • Working on social programs such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Building lead funneling and lead conversion programs
  • Providing support to customers via phone, email and live support chat
  • Writing and sending email blasts to customers and blog subscribers
  • Managing the company blog
  • Generating proposals for new and current clients
  • Contacting new and current clients for updated billing information
  • Host initial client meetings to discuss the benefits of our services and working with Hyperchat Social

Benefits and Compensation

  • Full-Time, In-Office Position
  • 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Entry level position - Salary $33,000 - 35,000 (Full benefits package)

A day in the life of a Social Media Content Manager/Paid Ads Specialist might look something like this:

  • Implementing social media marketing strategies for clients as defined by the team brand strategist
  • Managing up to 20 client accounts per week - this includes creation and distribution of social media post and story content
  • Running Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google Ad campaigns
  • Maintaining detailed client notes
  • Providing support to clients via phone and email
